The fatty acids help to improve memory and reduce problems with depression. Some studies have shown that regularly consuming foods with omega-3s helps to prevent mental decline as you age, and salmon consumption may even reduce the risk of developing Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease as you grow older.
